There was a previous thread on this but it has since been closed down.
It mentioned the connection issues were being looked into by BT and should be resolved by the 17th February, on the 17th February it appeared to have been resolved and was working fine again, however, the past 2 days it has gone back to the same issue as before with chat disconnecting and unable to send messages.
Does this need to be reported again to BT or is it something that's still being looked into as a long term fix? I'm not sure which user it was that made contact with BT about this and not sure if anyone else is still suffering with the same issues?
