Can you say what does happen please ? Does it return you to the sign in page ?

Hi instead of clicking chat click the about button instead that works for me . If I click chat it goes to home page

I had this issue a couple of days ago with Chrome, seems fine with FF and Edge though. Click on chat, just doesn't load Chat page.

I have had to type the address into the browser on my phone to get it to connect

When you try to log in you get a message that clearly states why you have been banned and we do not discuss ban lengths they vary depending on the reason and context.
