chatroom wont load

What is the error message you're seeing?

no error message

Do you have a before and after screenshot?

no because the chatroom screen wont load

Have you attempted any troubleshooting?

theres nothing i can do

Describe how your issue develops.

i logged into the bforum and thats ok, thenh i click on chat and log in to chat and it starts to load then fails and goes back to the forum again

i tried logging in and the chat room looks like its going to load then doesnt and your back to the chatroom forum screen again

Having the same experience chat room looks as though it will load then your back to the home screen

Same problem here. It as done it before in the past but never this bad.

Log right out of chat, clear your cookies and cache and then log in again. The issue was resolved last night. Chat numbers are back to normal.
