Managed to connect to chat using mobile data but still unable to connect when on wireless. Wonder if this is to do with Internet service providers???

I appear to be the other way round. Can’t access on mobile data but get in on WiFi . All be it a bit temperamental. I need to switch phone off and on

I got on as a guest it sucks but it’s the only way I have a managed as having same issue but they are working on it . Hope it helps
