Chat down?

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong place.

But I can not get onto the chatrooms. I click on the terms and conditions/age check box but I get sent back to the forum home page.

I have used different browsers and deleted history/cookies.

Please can you help?

I’ve managed to get in (probably because I left the tab open yesterday) but there’s no doubt the numbers look low to me, so definitely some form of problem, Jane x

I am using my mobile phone, android and I have used chrome and Firefox.

I have similar problems as JaneA and cannot get into the chat

I restarted my phone a half a dozen times, then it started to work

The issue has now been forwarded to the site developer.
