When on chat the site has decided I'm female how can I rectify this

Your account is showing male, but has been reset again as male now. Make sure you log right out of the site and clear your cookies/cache before you log back in again. You should then appear as male.

Sorry there is no couple option. Only male, female or no selection.

I have changed it now to 'no selection' If you are currently logged in, you'll need to log right out of the site and clear your cookies/cache before returning to see the change.
