Card is not working

So you are a worker at Mole Country store and I’ve just come up to the till to pay and you start scanning my items which is horse feed, dog feed, a new dressage riding with some new push-up jodhpurs ,dog haughty and lead and a few other little bit and you tell me how much that is and I’m going to pay with my card so I pop it in the machine and enter my pin a few seconds later it comes up with decline and you say oh sorry, it has been declined and I say oh I start looking through my purse God I’ve got no money I said to you can I try my card again or is there another way I could pay?

I think on this occasion I could take an alternative payment method you'll have to come to the stock room with me
