Can't access chat

Does anyone know why I wouldn't be able to access chat? Every time I try I'm getting redirected back to the forum list and it just keeps going round in circles.

Time to find a new chat I think. This one has been terrible for me. Almost never works

I got that on my phone earlier, sorted itself out when I got home and used the wifi

It doesn’t appear so! Been having problems for about 8 days now, I contacted an admin, he said its down to the developers to sort it not the admin team

. One suggested fix is to not close the pop up ad tab until you have got into the chat rooms. Then close the ad tab.
