It thinks you've got a VPN running by the looks of it.. try turning it off.

Where are you trying to connect from (country) ?

Some of these are blocked too.

You have a VPN (most likely trying to connect from a public setting) on or you're on an IP that has been recycled from a VPN.

Your on a VPN that's routing you abroad to public servers that the issue 100%.
