Can’t get in the chat room

I went to go into the chat room but I could as it came up with this message Your account or client is banned: Repeat ban evasion (b4d3f998). I don’t know why I have but can you help me

I get the same thing on Vodafone mobile network. Really annoying. OK on home WiFi though

Any idea when this might get resolved? It is a little annoying as I'm sure you realise.
