All I can advise you is to delete all your cookies and browsing history, try a different browser and hope to hell it works.

But I've been unable to access my account for a good few weeks now despite 7 different browsers...

You have to go in via the Home option not directly from Chat … it’s a bit hard to explain but I made it work.

Don’t seem to be able to get into chat rooms

Currently
I cannot!!!
I've no idea Why
It's a bit random

I have found sometimes it works an sometimes it doesn't
For no apparent rhyme or reason I can chat an other times
I can't
And when I can't
...
It logs in as if it's all Ok
But then I can't send any messages
They just grey out an not send
Then the messages hang up
