BT/EE vs UKChat.co.uk

I cannot believe the lack of helpful reponse from ukchat.co.uk regarding the loss of access to the ukchat.co.uk site from EE/BT users.

However, I am also extremely unhappy with the EE/BT help sites, regarding reporting these issues when accessing ukchat.co.uk.

As I result I have contacted the communications ombudsman, as I do not expect to pay for a service i.e BT broadband, where they restrict the service, without any explained reason to why certain website content providers will be blocked.

How come people with BT Ee
Can fully access this part
Ie the forums
But Not the chat???
I don't believe it's a bt Ee fault
SURELY it's a site problem
If the chat bit sometimes works and sometimes doesn't
But you can access Forums
Then in My view
ITS A SITE ISSUE
Funny how the .com site is fine....
