I have been banned for posting a pic of someone on here. He asked me to post him as he wants to be seen all over UK chat. I did have his permission to post the pic. I always make sure I have the post holders permission. If you read the conversation you can see he allowed it

We do not have any access to conversations in private between chatters. Also, the image you posted, clearly has that persons full name and address etc, which is strictly not allowed, even if you are posting your own personal details.
