Sign in as usual, error message happens when seleecting a Chat Room
My account appears to have been banned. Message when trying to access Chat Rooms is 'Your account or client is banned: Repeat ban evasion (c56af35c)'

It is a temporary restriction, not related to the BT/EE issue. Please use your wi-fi instead of mobile data. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I’ve got the same ban evasion but I only typed 3 innocent words. How do I get it sorted out ?

I’d actually started to forget. I have no way of knowing what the problem is or even if will ever be resolved to be honest. I get busy over the summer so I don’t get on a lot. Let me know if it gets resolved my friend

When is this issue going to be resolved? Currently, I have no way of accessing chat.
As already stated a number of times, it is only a temporary measure affecting mobile data usage and you will need to use wi-fi to access chat.

As stated in the first instance, I do use WiFi but that WiFi connects to the internet via Vodafone mobile data - so seemingly no way of connecting at all!
