Woman have multiple types of orgasms. what do you mean by "normal" orgasm?

clitoral, vaginal, cervical, anal, a-spot, g-spot, nipple, braingasm...to name a few typical ways to trigger orgasm in women.

Personally, I am not a fan of clitoral orgasms, I don't think I have ever been able to tolerate clit play long enough to orgasm nor been relaxed enough to allow for a proper lubricating release. A few more things that might be useful to understand:

Female ejaculate is extruded by your body to help lubricate and protect you during intercourse. It is not something that we always have on hand, but that is produced on demand. This is why emptying your bladder before sex/masturbation is so important and why foreplay is really essential. You need somewhere to store your lady lube and you need time to signal to your body to start producing it.
Building slowly, not stimulating too intensely and letting little waves get you firing on all cylinders. Stimulating multiple points not only the g-spot. And for me I find it is less of a build-up to explosion and more of a relaxing and release like getting lost in something I hadn't realized was there when I am really enjoying a session (for lack of a better word).

As for overthinking...having such an active mind is absolutely a bonus, I think. A mind that can work intensely and independently from your body is a wonderful power that can be used to your advantage. The trick is to fixate it on a useful target.
