An alternative to wanking

Hi can anybody offer me an alternative to wanking around 7 hours a week, preferably female any age or size. I've worked out I do 4 hours on chaturbate over 2 days and the rest over 5 days wanking to porn. I would love a more normal routine but the wife has no interest lol.

A mix of DIY round the house, little repair jobs, laundry, swing the vacuum about, windows always get forgotten, skirting boards too!, find all the missing socks, empty the bins, search for missing small items in the washing machine filter, clean the toaster crumb tray

Alternatively, spend these 7 hours with your wife, if not in bed (over the sofa / kitchen table / shower / bannister etc) then out and about for a drive, coffee house, watch the sunset, have a picnic, date night at the theatre, go dancing!
