ALL BT/EE using chatters

A chatter spoke to their provider and this is what he told me :

hey Elwood
just contacted ee,there was a blockage on the site which they removed for me ,that was causing the issues
not sure if BT is the same ,I needed to speak to someone to sort it
hope that sorts it for everyone on ee

THIS IS NOT A SITE ISSUE - YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO BT OR EE.

Seems to be mixed responses from EE/BT. A lot of us have been told they can not see an issue.
Hopefully would be great if someone could confirm that they spoke to provider, they admit that they found something and now the member has no issues. Also if they can confirm exactly what the issue is we can relay to provider.

As of this morning, this site is now blocked by my ISP. Can access it via mobile broadband, but cannot access it at all via my home broadband on both my phone and my laptop. Restarted everything with no effect. It is the only site that is blocked.

Update: Restarted my router several times. Now appears to be working

For reference. Contacted my ISP and they claim there is no blocking of any sites. But clearly this site has an issue..

I myself could not log onto the site late last night or up until now. No apparent obvious reason, but it is fine now.

I can log into the forum but every time I try to go into chat it sends me back to forum

This is my latest update. I have had a complaint open with BT for 3 weeks and today after a good number of calls and tests. They have tested their backend network and unable to find any issue or reason from their engineers as to why disconnects are happening. They can not explain why ukchat.com is ok but not ukchat.co.uk is not if both systems are on the same platform and version.
As a user of the site, all available resources have now been exhausted.
While doing all this testing I have noticed that my phone on Vodaphone Mobile also does show disconnects at times. I do wonder if it is happening on other broadband providers but not as often and not really causing a noticeable issue.
Always willing to listen to constructive replies not just dismissive "Its not the Site Fault".

This matter was looked into extensively by the site developer and he could find no fault or problem with the site server. It only seemed to affect BT/EE customers, and a few had posted on the Forum that they had contacted them and were told yes the issue was with them as an internet provider. So the reply is not dismissive, it is accurate and factual. There is nothing more the site developer can do. It would be affecting all chatters if it was a site server issue.

I guess its a checkmate for BT/EE chat users. Both sides say its not our issue and not one person has actually manage to post exactly what the issue is, to help others resolve. :-(

I can't access the site using ee mobile or BT Internet but have noticed i can get on using ee WiFi

FCN has problems of its own, especially when it comes to posting pics in the forum

i ve done a quick test on this issue nothing made sense...so using logic i tried google chrome instead of internet explorer and it works fine
