Any ideas why this has happened and can it be rectified? I see others have had same issue.

Hi - unfortunately you have been caught up in a network service provider ban that has been put in place to keep out permanently banned chatters. If you usually use a mobile provider to log on, could you please try to use wi-fi instead.
