Any ideas what on earth this ban code is? Doesn’t make sense. Haven’t done anything to be banned.

Hi - unfortunately you have been caught up in a network service provider ban that has been put in place to keep out permanently banned chatters. If you usually use a mobile provider to log on, could you please try to use wi-fi instead.

So I’ve tried a couple of times this evening on wifi and that’s not made a difference. What should I do next?

Have you tried using a different browser to the one you usually use ?

I’ve used 3 separate browsers. All the same outcome.
Is there nothing you can do?

Wifi is not always an option though, so without wifi it pretty much wont work?
