Just to warn guys out there who you speak with online and what happens

My story is this -

I was on a chat room called (redacted) and met a girl on here who seemed genuine (She was far from it) she said use the (redacted)of which I did

We began talking and she told me she was a cam model and she lived near me, I spoke to her on several occasions and she sent me pictures of herself and I did vice versa (What a fucking idiot I know)

She threatened then to send these to my wife and demanded money from me yes I know I’ve been foolish and I feel for it (been very low lately and I got badly hooked in)

She demanded £500 from me I sent her £350 to shut her up, I’m furious with myself for being drawn in like this

I wish I could do something for revenge

I did think about it, but it won’t stop her

I belonged to loads of chat sites but I’ve deleted all of them today apart from this one

I can imagine it must have been very stressful. Fortunately I kept my private life private, different name, email, phone etc.

No doubt this 'person' will have multiple fake accounts to lure people in, swapping pictures that they may have scammed of others, or just got from the internet.

Maybe it's time to start naming and shaming these accounts when they're spotted.

It wasnt from the site but I do think the Admin could do more to keep them out.

Sadly, even after comments have been made on posts that this is a scammer people still ask for contact details .... Dont read what went before !!
