Little side note, the knife is tiny and it was quite a task to get round the watermelon.

Have you never heard or even read the truism that size is not important but how you use it?
However, kitchen knives are tools and the appropriate size/shape should be used.

On holiday in my apartment, it was the largest knife I had to hand. Was small and not very sharp, but it still did the job. Confucius says; it’s not what you have, it’s how you use it
