My apologies. When I started this thread I did apologise if I have posted in the wrong place. I was asked to keep updating admin inorder for them to sort the issue out. Is this no longer the case? Please advise.

Hi Sorry I have left it a while but still having the same issue with getting into the chatrooms. I am sure the developer is doing what they can but is there a timeframe for repair?

Afternoon, If I restart my phone I can get onto the chatrooms once. But if I log off then the issue returns.

Update: unfortunately it is happening again. And the phone restart is not working. Thank you for looking into this.

No still, no joy. Again using different browsers, and deleted cookies. Have also switched from WiFi to data and back. Any ideas anyone?
