Just phoned BT to see if they can help. As i was waiting to talk to someone, auto person said they will run checks so the adviser will have an idea of what the problem is. Then before i spoke to anyone auto person cane back in and said they have found a problem and should be sorted by the 17th...

Been working fine for a few days now its back to messages going to screen (pending) and messages going to rooms not updating after being in the room for a appx 30 secs.
Done that this morning after logging in and finding it wasnt working again. Done a restart on router and then cleared cookies/cache again (2nd time today) messages come up on screen for 30 secs then nothing. Send message to screen and greys out (pending)
Here we go again! Got it working working for an hour yesterday and its fucked this morning. Log in messages come up on screen for 30 secs then sweet FA . Reload page and same thing happens.
