    I'd say you would need multiple images to create a gif rather than a single image but I'm outdated on modern computing capabilities.

    Could try googling single Jpeg to Gif converter or something similar.

    Try Grok - Though I will add that Grok won't do anything porn-related and appears to have cut down on the ability to make 'sexy' things. Unless you pay for it...
