Can this restriction be lifted, please?

It seems that an error has been made, as I'm currently banned from using the chat feature. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to get it resolved?

That ban code relates to a ban in May, where a clearly underage pic was posted in chat, on another screen name that has the same IP Address as you.

Okie I this is a mistake, I wouldn't post underage, think they were prob of OF. Could you delete this account please
