Add Verification to the website

Something needs to be done about all the fakes on this website. How about having a face verification, with the person holding up a piece of with 'ukchat.co.uk' and your username on it.

Make it mandatory that you must provide evidence that you're real. The photo is private and only seen by moderators and isn't public.
