I’ve just got the same problem why I try to log into the chatrooms ….. Your account or client is banned: You must be over 18 to use this website. (dc2ed816). I’m 62 and my date of birth is in my account settings. Not a clue what’s going on

I just get 404, page not found when I tried to access Chat. I assumed it was dead. Haven't had access for months.

Is there anything written above the 404 page not found bit? There was a change in how to access the chatrooms a while ago. I can now only access the via the “About” tab on the main screen. The chat rooms are certainly alive and kicking. Perhaps directly message a moderator when you see they’re online?
