Hey elwood, I keep getting the VPN kicked message - I do have one installed to access a different site, but turn it off specifically to come on here. Can access on mobile no prob, so dont think its a ban. On laptop with both Edge and Firefox, not working. Any ideas?

It is an AI bot that detects VPN use and we can't over-ride that. I understand what you're saying, but there must be somewhere on your laptop that is still allowing the VPN to operate. I can confirm you are not banned.

Is there any fix for this? Had the same issue; installed a VPN, and despite not having it connected, or even loaded, can't log in on my laptop any more.

Have uninstalled the program and rebooted, but issue remains...

There must still be a VPN active on your device somewhere. It is an AI bot that detects VPN use.

An insane faff to figure out, but doing a firewall settings reset fixed it for me.
