I imagine the bumps or lumps provide a nice additon to the play along with the length and vibrations. One time I bought condoms with a similar outer lining, my partner at the time had never had sex with them before and neither had I.. we both thought it was a bit strange at first but in the end she loved it and so did I. What a quirky toy, enjoy and I hope you have lots of fun. Lovely picture too.
