I would say I don't have that problem on a motorbike, but I do, about 5 seconds after I get off. Still, AC's free. Well, there's a thing you twist on the right handlebar which can turn it right up

Not surprised, steering wheel on mine felt like it was blistering. Going to get hotter, I hear. And, with what the heat does to me... fun times.
