Chat messages turning grey

Last few days, my messages in chat rooms are turning grey another sending. Anyone else having same issue?? How do I solve it??

If you are experiencing disconnection issues or chat pending whilst in any of the chat rooms, can you please put here which type of device you are using, the browser you are using and who your internet provider is please ? Thanks.

Been having issues the past couple of days. Using an Asus laptop, Google Chrome as browser and BT provide my internet. Not just messages turning grey, also constant disconnect/reconnect and have to make multiple attempts to get into a different chat room
