Why would someone like it then stop liking it though ?

1. as we grow older and our hormones/bodies change so can our sexual tastes
2. could be she never really liked it, but only feels confident enough in your relationship to say so now (because she loves you and so feels free to be honest with you)
3. oral can lead to yeast infections, could be she is left uncomfortable for days after a good tonguing and has decided life is better without it
4. could be that she wants other things more and finds the experience boring, off-turning, under or over stimulating
Boring -> the mind wanders and one starts thinking about chores that need doing, other ways the time could be being used more purposefully
Off-turning -> body stops making lady lube, things get unpleasantly tender and sensitive
Under-stimulating -> like having that itchy spot on your back and the person scratches around it
Over-stimulating -> orgasm leaves everything desensitized (numb) and prone to injury...if one is overstimulated and desensitized during oral, PIV sex can become painful or damaging
5. you may be doing something she doesn't like (anymore)
6. self-consciousness about ones vagina, taste, body...being vulnerable...
7. emotional detachment

I am sure there are more possible reasons, too.
Things change. If you are really worried, talk about it with her. Openly and honestly. It might be a can of worms, or it might be something that is easily remedied. She is the only one who can actually answer your questions.
