Earlier this year they were fined £1.6 million for allowing sewage into Bradford Beck
Liz Barber CEO of same retired also this year.
And was paid £1.4 million salary and bonus.

Thames Water has been fined £30 million for sewage dumping in the past few years.

EDF's nuclear power stations in France are a shambles and as a result there is a shortage of electricity. The situation is recovering by using gas powered generating stations. This has put the gas price up far more than the actions of Mr Putin.

EDF are finishing Hinkley Point in Somerset and we (Mrs May) have signed a contract to build another one on the Essex coast. The price of the electricity from these two will be sky high because we have to pay EDF their cut.

Do sign up for renewable energy contract with your supplier, if you can afford it. Nuclear could be considered renewable if it were to obtain Uranium from seawater, which it contains from geological action. It is mined instead at huge expense.
