Writing is crossed out in room

How do you contact the MODS? Everything I write in PMs and in the room is crossed out. Why is this happening?

perhaps you have clicked the strikethrough option in the font pad try press opening the font panel and unselect the S button....?

In the chat room, click the paint brush icon at the bottom - then at the bottom of the box that appears you need to click on the S that has a line through it. Yours must currently be set to put a line through all you type.
