I think it very much depends on the person. If you didn’t know someone’s age and got to know them and liked them etc then surely the age would be a secondary consideration? Barring underage of course

I feel that now I'm 46 anyone younger than 30 leaves me infatuated as much as excited but I personally feel comfortable with people who are more my age or older as it's easier to relate or have general banter of the things that we have discovered over maturity. I don't think its exclusive to everyone and I have never been quick to not give chance to get to know people younger as long as the conversation is qualative engaging and not judgemental. I really don't enjoy extracting positive response from people. Having said that older people can be a bit dry too lol
