I'm dying to access the live chat but get blocked with ewhore message

I can't access the live chat, it keeps coming up with I've been banned, I've tried the banned form and sent messages numerous times but ukchat won't reply and just ignore me.
I would really love to be able to get back into the chat rooms, I just don't know what to do

That ban code relates to a ban from 10th May for a guest screen name. Do you ever use guest names to chat with ?

Well I've checked your log in history and you have used guest names before, including the one that this ban relates to. So I don't know why you are denying it.

I used to share this tablet so it must of been the person I was sharing with, but that has stopped now is there any chance of the ban being lifted ?
