To warrant adding a new room, we would need enough interest shown. It also increases the number of the rooms our small number of moderators have to monitor.

Fair enough, I completely understand about the level of interest needing to be shown. In terms of resources though, I'd respectfully suggest perhaps removing the recently added Music room, that only seems to have a few people in it at any point, and freeing up a moderator that way.

The Music Room was requested only recently, by many people and will be assessed on usage over time. Moderators are not assigned to just one room, they cover them all. So it wouldn't free up a moderator as such. I will discuss with my fellow Admins about a possible BBW.BHM room.
