Is it just me that gets annoyed being blocked for using a VPN? Our router has a VPN on it for business purposes of my husband and I have to bypass now each time.
Why does the site have such a policy?

Maybe I ought to try using TOR

Ive used VPN and Tor to come to this site..
I think the site recognizes your IP address when you first sign up which you can read and see in the depths of your account pages..
When using a VPN your digital signature changes or as you wish becomes obscure..so you can't sign in or if you're already in then use a VPN it continually throws you out to log back in..
TOR or the browser duck go go won't track your browser history..and direct you to the site no problem, you get less sign in problems if used without a VPN...but not as good as when you just surf on your Google browser..
I have found that a VPN on your phone or router ruins the connection to site..the best quality service is no VPN and through wifi..
