Unsure why banned

Tried to log into chat today but days account or client banned incest/paedophile which is not something I had knowingly done and am not interested in either (all members confirm they are 18 when signing and I have reported any user who has stated they are younger). The ban appeal form requests last posted chats but not sure how to provide this.

Is this in response to a report or have I mistakenly triggered a auto ban?

Try posting in the help and support page as well and maybe another admin will be available to help when they are online.

If it was an automated error by the chat ai it can be appealed. They take the underage/pedophillia cases really seriously.
If you reported users being underage and somehow was banned for such there will be eveidence in the chat/report history logs or something similar.
