Pronouncing Dogging in Cornwall dead

I don't think it exists anymore, I am out every Friday and or Saturday night, different places around Cornwall that are supposedly dogging sights and nothing, occasionally the odd male doing the same but thats it

Does it happen anywhere? I'm sure it's a myth.
