When driving back from London thinking about my 2 grown up boys who are now men and seeing them in the big city fending for themselves.
And you have to learn to let them go and you appreciate the day you have with them and you realise how much you love them.

Sometimes life can drain the positivity out of you and make you think that life isn’t great, we then can compare ourselves to others and be thankful that our situation is not as bad as theirs. If we look at their situation and it is worse I wonder how the world would become if we all helped.
We would by nature feel better and in that create a positive attitude to our lives.
And yes it’s starts with me.
