Are you refering to a PM message to another chatter in a chatroom or a p2p private message ?

Am having the issue with p2p private message, there is no 'attach files' option can you send pictures via p2p private message?

Hi - yes there is. When you open up the page to send a private message - there is a bar of symbols. Between the paper clip looking one (which is insert a file) and the smiley face icon, there is an insert image icon. Hope that helps.

I assumed you were trying to send an image in p2p. The site system will not allow you to post that link most probably because it sees it as spamming - we can't over ride that.

The attach files option when I'm in a private chat conversation with another user is missing. Can you suggest a reason why or something that can resolve this please?

The three dots appear only when you start to type into the text bar, then you can select the option you need by clicking on them.
