Please overturn ban

Hi Bluebob here, was banned today on basis of a Gif alleged to show under age person but it was a gif I copied off the forum posted by someone previously. Don't know if they were banned. However I did not feel the person was underage otherwise would not have posted. Can ban be rescinded, if not how long am I banned for ??
