No error just back to the home screen each time

Using Logon you only ever get to the home screen chat will not load except as a guest

I cannot log on and chat using my account and can only chat as a guest both on my iPad and my Android phone.

I can see I am not the only member who has a problem therefore I can only assume that the site can't be bothered to sort out whatever the problem is.
