Is it possible to completely block someone from messaging me? I block one screen name and they just come back on another. Thanks in advance!

report them, again and again, every time they message. tell them not to message you and then keep screen shots of the harassment. report it to admin.
The other thing would be to give up on your screen name. It is possible to change your name ( i think) or start a new account. They won't know your new name.

Hi - please message me privately if another chatter is engaging in prolonged harassment of you, using multiple different names. We do not tolerate this and it breaks our rules. Thanks
