Are you new to the internet and chat sites ? This site has both Admins and moderators. We are all volunteers. We can't pre-empt what any chatter will post, only react to it. Hence the report feature.

The site is literally called 'UKChat' you are posting on a thread in the forums.

If you can't find your way, there are instructions.

I’d ask you do you ever actually take part in the threads or go onto chat, or do you just complain about anything and everything?
