Logon says Im underage

Ermm, came to logon this morning, and apparently I cannot as I am now declared 'underage' after many months of being on here, and subsequently banned. Although I feel alittle flattered at being taken for a younger person, it is obviously a glitch in the matrix.
Do I need to fill the ban form out?

Well, this is the thing. I get onto the site by tapping the site icon on my phone homepage, get onto the site and the forums, then it tells me to logon to get into the chat rooms. Makes no sense.
