Just been banned....

Don't know if this is the right place to appeal. I was banned for using the phrase "Golden Rain" in the naughty room. I was not proposing watersports, just responding with some puns on the theme of fireworks ( Golden rain is a sort of Roman candle firework) as humour ... seems a bit harsh when the posted pictures were far more extreme sexually. I think the moderator was being a bit capricious. How can I get unbanned - is it a life sentence?
