Send messages in chat rooms but they don’t send

Whenever I message in chat rooms my messages just get greyed out and won’t send? Any reason why?

If your site is not functioning on their platform, perhaps you should be the one to speak to them?

The site will not be talking to EE/BT.

Thought last night that something had changed as everything was working fine again (no delays loading pages in the forum, able to enter other chat rooms, send chat messages, etc) but it's back to running like a slug today. I've not changed anything (using samsung android phone and browser on BT/EE Wifi) before or after last night. Was trying to think last night when the issues started (it was after the previous major issue some were having sorted itself)...was it arround the time of the bad storm?

Bizarrely it seems to be working again for me like last night...so random.
Out of curiousity, is the .com site similarly affected as surely they're based on the same code?

As explained already, the site developer has looked extensively into this and the fault lies with BT/EE, not this site.

A member at our other UK site has made a suggestion :

BT/EE has a content lock can block access to adult content. Open the EE app, navigate to "Manage" then "Broadband", and then "Parental Controls" to manage Content Lock settings which should bypass this
