I would have thought the Mods would step in more, they are quick enough to ban for gifs without any conversation or fact checking but at the same time let some pretty horrid things get said and nothing happens.

When the majority of chatters are not members, I think it would be difficult to police such things. Best to ignore them - that is what they deserve.
